You may permanently delete your DisputeDocs Pro account and all associated data at any time. This page fulfills the account-deletion disclosure required by the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
In-app deletion (fastest)
Sign in to the app, open Settings → Account, and choose "Delete account". You will be asked to confirm. Deletion begins immediately and typically completes within 24 hours.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email privacy@disputedocs.app from the address on your account with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your user profile, authentication records, and workspace membership
- Uploaded credit reports and extracted findings
- Client records, dispute letters, and bureau responses you created
- Uploaded documents and generated correspondence in storage
- Session tokens and device identifiers
What may be retained
For legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and audit purposes, the following may be retained for up to 7 years in restricted-access archives:
- Billing and invoice records (required by tax authorities)
- Anonymized usage logs with no personal identifiers
- Records subject to an active legal hold or compliance obligation
All other personal data is deleted from live systems and backups on the next backup rotation cycle (up to 30 days).
Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account does not automatically refund an active subscription. Cancel from Settings → Billing before deletion, or see the Refund Policy.
