Our commitment
DisputeDocs Pro is committed to making our web app and mobile experience usable by everyone, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control, or reduced-motion settings. We treat accessibility as an ongoing obligation, not a one-time project.
Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we use those criteria as the benchmark for design and engineering reviews. Where our mobile app is distributed through the App Store or Google Play, we also follow the platform accessibility guidance for iOS and Android.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML with landmark regions, headings in order, and a single H1 per page.
- Visible keyboard focus indicators and full keyboard operability of menus, dialogs, and forms.
- Accessible names on icon-only controls, and live-region announcements for status changes.
- Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA in both light and dark themes.
- Text that resizes to 200% without loss of content, and layouts that reflow on small screens.
- Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference.
Known limitations
Some areas are still being improved. As of the date above we are aware of the following:
- Uploaded credit report PDFs come from third-party providers and may be untagged scans. Our parser extracts the text, but the original file may not be screen-reader friendly.
- The signature pad for Letters of Authority requires pointer or touch input. If you cannot draw a signature, contact us and we will arrange an alternative method of recording your authorization.
- Complex data tables in the Error Finder are best used in landscape orientation on small phones.
Alternative formats and accommodations
If any part of this service is not accessible to you, we will provide the same information or complete the same task through another channel at no cost — including large-print or plain-text copies of letters and policies, and assisted completion of a workflow by our support team.
Reporting a barrier
Email accessibility@disputedocs.app or write to us at the address below. Please describe the page or feature, the assistive technology you were using, and what happened. We acknowledge reports within 5 business days and aim to resolve confirmed barriers within 30 days, or provide a workaround while a fix is in progress.
